authority to regulate motor carriers from the Public Utilities Commission to the
Department of Revenue and Regulation.
SB 41 revise and update certain provisions pertaining to motor carrier safety and
transportation of hazardous materials.
SB 43 update certain provisions for the storage of explosive materials.
SB 55 modify the process for state highway road closures due to inclement weather.
