         SB 165     establish a position within the Legislative branch of government to research the development of nuclear energy in South Dakota.

         SB 167     revise the conditions under which the state may enter into gaming compacts with Indian tribes.

         SB 131     repeal certain provisions regarding the minimum wage for tipped employees.

         SB 190     provide for certain increases in the state minimum wage.

         SB 197     establish a governing board for the post secondary technical institutes.

         SB 188     exempt the purchase of natural gas, propane, and fuel oil from sales and use tax during a certain time period of the year.
