         SB 100     revise certain provisions regarding state fund condition statements.
             Senators Apa, Bartling, Earley, Gant, Greenfield, Hanson (Gary), Koskan, Napoli, Smidt, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Putnam, Dennert, Glenski, Haverly, Hunhoff, Klaudt, Peters, Rausch, and Tidemann

         SB 153     revise certain provisions concerning the South Dakota Railroad Authority and the railroad trust fund and declare an emergency.

         SB 151     define the local government contribution for the construction of an armory.

         SB 168     appropriate money for enhancement of secondary career and technical education.

         HB 1011     increase the funds that may be expended to construct a student wellness center at South Dakota State University.

         HB 1012*     authorize the Board of Regents to construct an advanced materials processing and joining laboratory foundry addition to the Metallurgy Foundry Building at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1014     authorize the Board of Regents to remodel certain locker room facilities and to renovate spectator, concession, press, and coaching facilities at the O'Harra Stadium at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and to make an appropriation therefor.

         HB 1018     delay the change in calculating the amount eligible for distribution from the Health Care Trust Fund and the Education Enhancement Trust Fund and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Bureau of Finance and Management

         HB 1022     revise the disposition of funds received for charges for board and room for work release inmates.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Department of Corrections

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
