         SB 111     repeal the excise tax on the gross receipts of personal communications system, wireless, and cellular telecommunications companies.

SB 206     revise certain provisions of the owner-occupied classification for property tax relief purposes.

         SB 176     allow property taxes to be paid under certain circumstances on a pro rata basis by the owner of a manufactured home who is planning to move, sell, transfer, or reassign the manufactured home.

         HB 1123     exempt feed for certain game birds from the sales and use tax.
             Representatives Glover, Bradford, Davis, Deadrick, Dennert, Garnos, Gassman, Haley, Halverson, Hargens, Jensen, Lange, Sigdestad, Street, Valandra, and Van Norman and Senators Bartling, Hansen (Tom), Hanson (Gary), Hundstad, Kloucek, Lintz, Napoli, Nesselhuf, Peterson (Jim), and Sutton (Dan)

         SB 189     provide for a property tax reduction for certain firefighters.
             Senators Bogue, Abdallah, Duniphan, Koetzle, McNenny, Moore, and Napoli and Representatives Klaudt, Hennies, Hunhoff, Putnam, and Rave

         SB 121     provide for the assessment of severed mineral interests and to provide additional funding for the general fund of counties and school districts.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
