         HB 1155     allow local units of government to regulate the sales, distribution, and use of tobacco products.

         HB 1192     provide for state employee compensation for certain disaster recovery work.

         HB 1201     establish certain requirements regarding the acquisition of real property by eminent domain.

         HB 1207     create a rebate program for installation of corn stove heating systems and to make an appropriation therefor.

         HJR 1004     Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election a new section to Article XI of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to the imposition of a corporate income tax and dedication of the revenue therefrom.

         HJR 1005     Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article XI of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to revenue and expenditure limits for the State of South Dakota.
             Representatives Wick, Dennert, Howie, and Weems and Senators McNenny, Apa, Earley, and Schoenbeck
