         HB 1153     revise the definition of a prohibited sexual act.

         HB 1165     establish a workers compensation small claims procedure.
             Representatives Rave, Cutler, Deadrick, Gillespie, Haley, Michels, Murschel, and O'Brien and Senators Gray, Bogue, Knudson, Koetzle, and Schoenbeck

         HB 1171     permit the court to award attorneys' fees in certain custody and visitation cases.

         HB 1178     provide for the establishment of certain honorary trusts and of certain trusts for animals.

         HB 1119     repeal certain mandatory minimum sentences for driving under the influence, to expand those substances under which a person may be found to be under the influence, and to revise certain driving under the influence provisions for clarity and consistency.

         HB 1120     revise certain provisions regarding the operation of a snowmobile or boat while under the influence.
