SB 29 revise the exemption of direct mail postage and to define direct mail for certain
tax purposes.
SB 34 provide for the staggered registration of intrastate and interstate commercial motor
vehicles.
SB 36 provide for the denial of certain motor carrier registrations.
SB 42 prohibit the employment of certain persons in unregistered family day care homes
and to provide a penalty therefor.
SB 61 require an electric utility to file rates for purchases of electricity produced by
small renewable power facilities.
