         SB 8    establish to whom the South Dakota Retirement System may make benefit payments on behalf of minors.
         SB 9    revise certain beneficiary provisions of the South Dakota Retirement System.
         SB 155    permit salespersons and broker associates within the same firm to form a business corporation or limited liability company under certain conditions.
         SB 182    revise certain provisions regarding the organization decals that may be displayed on a motor vehicle license plate.
         HB 1052    update the reference to certain federal regulations regarding financial assistance to persons displaced by highway acquisition.
