         HB 1170     revise certain provisions concerning the voting requirements of the board of adjustment.
             Representatives Faehn, Halverson, Hennies, Krebs, McLaughlin, Michels, Murschel, O'Brien, Sebert, and Willadsen and Senators Kelly, Broderick, and Schoenbeck

         HB 1208     require that certain persons convicted of drug and alcohol felonies be incarcerated in the county jail.
             Representatives Valandra, Bradford, and Van Norman and Senator Two Bulls

         HB 1233     restrict where certain alcoholic beverage licenses may be located.
             Representatives Bradford, Elliott, Gassman, Glover, Haley, Kroger, Lange, Sigdestad, and Van Norman and Senator Bartling

         SB 3     revise certain provisions concerning the establishment of representation areas for school board members and determination of vacancies on school boards.
             The Committee on Local Government at the request of the Office of the Secretary of State

         SB 11     provide for the use of electronic ballot marking systems and for the appointment of precinct assistants and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on Local Government at the request of the Office of the Secretary of State

         SB 12     prescribe the form of certain ballots used in local elections.
             The Committee on Local Government at the request of the Office of the Secretary of State

         SB 13     revise certain provisions concerning the publication of facsimile ballots.
             The Committee on Local Government at the request of the Office of the Secretary of State

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
