         SB 50     make certain members of limited liability companies and partnerships personally responsible for certain tax debts.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         SB 121     provide for the assessment of severed mineral interests and to provide additional funding for the general fund of counties and school districts.

         SB 173     exempt kerosene from sales and use taxes.
             Senators Kloucek, Bartling, Koetzle, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Lange, Bradford, Elliott, Gassman, Haley, Hargens, Howie, Jensen, Kroger, McCoy, Sigdestad, and Thompson

         SB 189     provide for a property tax reduction for certain firefighters.
             Senators Bogue, Abdallah, Duniphan, Koetzle, McNenny, Moore, and Napoli and Representatives Klaudt, Hennies, Hunhoff, Putnam, and Rave

         HB 1008*     permit the immediate reclassification of nonagricultural acreage property under certain circumstances.
             Representatives Hargens, Glover, Howie, Jensen, McCoy, Rhoden, and Turbiville and Senators Hundstad and Lintz at the request of the Interim Committee on Classifications of Real Property Study Committee

         HB 1048*     revise the reporting and remittance requirements for certain state taxes and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on Taxation at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
