         SB 2     appropriate money for the creation of a circuit court judgeship in the second judicial circuit.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Bogue, and Moore and Representatives Michels, Hargens, and Rhoden

         SB 20     authorize the Board of Regents to construct a new dairy manufacturing plant at South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.

         SB 21     authorize the Board of Regents to construct a manure separator for the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station and to make an appropriation therefor.

         SB 23     authorize the Board of Regents to construct a livestock feed storage room as an addition to the livestock feed facility at the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station Southeast Research Farm and to make an appropriation therefor.

         SB 65     appropriate money for roof repairs at Western Dakota Technical Institute and to declare an emergency.

         SB 86     require the Department of Game, Fish and Parks to receive the approval of the Legislature before acquiring certain land.

         SB 88*     extend residency status to graduates of any in-state, accredited high school operated by the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs and to make an appropriation therefor.

         SB 137     increase the distribution from the education enhancement trust fund.

         SB 153     revise certain provisions concerning the South Dakota Railroad Authority and the railroad trust fund and declare an emergency.

         SB 154     revise the distribution from certain constitutionally created trust funds and to declare an emergency.

         SB 158     appropriate money to the Department of Public Safety for the coordination of 911 services.

         SB 160     appropriate money for heating costs at postsecondary technical institutes.

         SB 171     appropriate money for energy development.

         SB 193     provide for the retention of certain grant fellows at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

         HB 1018     delay the change in calculating the amount eligible for distribution from the Health Care Trust Fund and the Education Enhancement Trust Fund and to declare an emergency.
