         SB 89     require the offering of assisted living facility benefits to certain persons with long-term care insurance.

         SB 108     revise certain provisions defining employer contributions that are not deemed to be wages.

         SB 130     impose the 911 monthly telephone surcharge to prepaid telephone calling services.
             Senators Dempster, Abdallah, and Bogue and Representatives Rave, Hennies, and Rhoden

         SB 133     revise certain provisions relating to charges associated with installment sales contracts.
             Senators Broderick, McCracken, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Rounds, Elliott, and Sebert

         SB 155     permit salespersons and broker associates within the same firm to form a business corporation or limited liability company under certain conditions.

         SB 192     revise certain provisions to regulating the distribution of alcoholic beverages.
