         HB 1078     revise certain provisions concerning the bonding of township clerks and treasurers.

         HB 1097     permit municipalities to refund certain sales and use taxes to contractors and subcontractors.

         HB 1138     authorize first class municipalities to issue nonsmoking establishment on-sale licenses under certain conditions.

         HB 1161     provide additional methods for the formation of special zoning areas.

         HB 1170     revise certain provisions concerning the voting requirements of the board of adjustment.

         HB 1196     require certain new construction of structures to comply with the building code.
