         SB 81     revise the index factor for determining the per student allocation for school districts.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Abdallah, Duniphan, Kelly, Kloucek, Koetzle, McCracken, Moore, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Cutler, Haley, Jensen, McCoy, Murschel, Nelson, and Roberts

         SB 103     revise the index factor in the state aid to education formula.
             Senators Kloucek and Kooistra and Representatives Kroger, Dennert, Elliott, Gassman, Haley, Lange, Miles, Schafer, and Thompson

         SB 110     require a court to determine whether a child is granted an excuse from school attendance under certain circumstances.
             Senators Knudson, Koskan, Moore, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Cutler, Deadrick, Gillespie, Haley, Hargens, Hennies, McLaughlin, Pederson (Gordon), Rounds, Wick, and Willadsen

         SB 169     require the development of school safety plans and to require the conduct of lockdown drills in schools.
             Senators Smidt, Earley, and Lintz and Representatives Sebert, Frost, and Rounds

         SB 178     reorganize the state's school districts and to increase the number of members allowed on a school district board.
             Senators Smidt, Earley, Gray, McCracken, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Sebert, Hackl, Heineman, Rounds, Tidemann, and Wick

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
