         HCR 1001    (HJ p. 176) Supporting and commending the Conservation Reserve Program for its impact on land, water, and wildlife conservation, for increasing business and economic development and restoration, and for providing alternative economic opportunities for South Dakota.

         HB 1036*    revise certain provisions regarding the certification of an optometrist from another state and to increase the fee for a certificate of registration.
         HB 1127    authorize the Gaming Commission to fund gambling addiction treatment programs.

         HB 1074+    provide for recognition of certain stalking or physical violence protection orders as foreign domestic violence orders.
         HB 1075+    revise certain provisions relating to the disposition of confiscated weapons and firearms.




         HB 1011+    increase the funds that may be expended to construct a student wellness center at South Dakota State University.
         HB 1014+    authorize the Board of Regents to remodel certain locker room facilities and to renovate spectator, concession, press, and coaching facilities at the O'Harra Stadium at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and to make an appropriation therefor.
         HB 1022+    revise the disposition of funds received for charges for board and room for work release inmates.
         HB 1039*    revise certain provisions pertaining to the disposition of funds collected on local exchange service lines, cellular telephones, and radio pager devices.
         HB 1012*    authorize the Board of Regents to construct an advanced materials processing and joining laboratory foundry addition to the Metallurgy Foundry Building at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1015*    authorize the Board of Regents to acquire an equestrian facility for South Dakota State University and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1072    direct the Department of Social Services to establish the South Dakota long-term care partnership program.
         HB 1094    clarify a custodian's access to certain sealed records.
         HB 1095    clarify the elements of the crime of impersonating another.
         HB 1139    define the use of vehicles bearing dealer's demonstration or in-transit permits and to revise the penalty for the misuse of such permits.
         HB 1080    restrict the use of eminent domain under certain circumstances and to protect certain private property rights from acquisition by the use or threat of eminent domain.
