         HB 1091     authorize the Public Utilities Commission to approve tariff mechanisms for the automatic annual adjustment of charges for jurisdictional costs of new transmission facilities.

         HB 1145     establish the biotechnology incentive fund and to provide for its funding and purpose.

         HB 1113     exempt claims related to wildland fire operations outside the state from certain workers' compensation provisions.

         HB 1140     revise certain provisions regarding the continuing eligibility requirements for opportunity scholarship recipients.
