         HB 1086     restrict the rights of certain sex offenders related to adoption or visitation of children.

         HB 1109     provide civil immunity to qualified mental health professionals designated by the chairs of the county board of mental illness.

         HB 1158     require an expert review when a medical malpractice action is commenced.

         HB 1073     revise the circumstances under which certain arrests may be effected without warrant.
