         SB 81     revise the index factor for determining the per student allocation for school districts.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Abdallah, Duniphan, Kelly, Kloucek, Koetzle, McCracken, Moore, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Cutler, Haley, Jensen, McCoy, Murschel, Nelson, and Roberts

         SB 83     increase the length of time for which nationally certified teachers may receive stipends.
             Senators Knudson, Adelstein, Dempster, Hansen (Tom), Hanson (Gary), Kelly, Kooistra, Nesselhuf, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Thompson, Bradford, Cutler, Elliott, Faehn, Garnos, Gassman, Glover, Hennies, McCoy, McLaughlin, Miles, Murschel, Nelson, Olson (Ryan), Roberts, Street, Tornow, and Van Norman

         SB 88     extend residency status to graduates of Flandreau Indian School.
             Senators Sutton (Dan), Bartling, Dempster, Nesselhuf, Olson (Ed), Peterson (Jim), Schoenbeck, Smidt, and Two Bulls and Representatives Roberts, Bradford, Elliott, Garnos, Gassman, Hennies, Lange, O'Brien, and Tidemann

         SB 103     revise the index factor in the state aid to education formula.
             Senators Kloucek and Kooistra and Representatives Kroger, Dennert, Elliott, Gassman, Haley, Lange, Miles, Schafer, and Thompson

         SB 117     establish the opening day of the school term.
             Senators Kloucek and Hundstad and Representatives McCoy, Dennert, Fryslie, and Pederson (Gordon)

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
