         SB 74     repeal the Game, Fish and Parks Commission exemption relating to small business impact statements.
             Senators Bogue, Apa, Bartling, Koetzle, Koskan, Lintz, McNenny, and Moore and Representatives Rhoden, Deadrick, Garnos, Glover, Halverson, Hanks, Hunhoff, Jensen, Klaudt, Thompson, and Turbiville

         SB 75     rescind the repeal of certain provisions relating to small business impact statements.
             Senators Bogue, Duniphan, Koetzle, Koskan, McCracken, Moore, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Michels, Dykstra, Gillespie, Hanks, Hunt, Rhoden, and Wick

         SB 76     allow an applicant for a responsible broker's license to complete certain required education requirements after licensure as a responsible broker.
             Senators Kelly, Duniphan, Hansen (Tom), McCracken, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Wick, Frost, Garnos, Howie, Koistinen, Van Etten, Weems, and Willadsen

         SB 87     require a broker to obtain written consent to advertise or market property on behalf of an owner.
             Senators Kelly, Adelstein, Duniphan, Hansen (Tom), McCracken, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Hunt, Frost, Garnos, Hackl, Howie, Koistinen, Van Etten, Weems, Wick, and Willadsen

         SB 98     revise certain provisions regarding age requirements for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
             Senators Moore, McCracken, and Schoenbeck and Representatives Rave, Cutler, Gillespie, Hargens, Hennies, O'Brien, and Rounds

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
