         SB 43    (HJ p. 765) revise the South Dakota criminal code.

         SC 22    (SJ p. 749) Honoring Valerie Melmer for her outstanding commitment and dedication to the state legislative page program.
         SC 23    (SJ p. 749) Recognizing and congratulating the Avon High School football team for winning the 2004 9A championship.

         CONFERENCE COMMITTEES APPOINTED THAT HAVE NOT REPORTED

         HB 1028    make an appropriation to fund the South Dakota opportunity scholarships, to provide for long-term funding of the scholarships, to revise certain scholarship provisions, and to declare an emergency.
