         HB 1100    (Veto letter HJ p. 706) exempt swine and cattle semen from sales and use tax.
         HB 1181    (Veto letter HJ p. 708) exempt certain amateur sports officials from sales tax.
         HB 1210    (Veto letter HJ p. 709) exempt certain contract services from sales and use taxes.

         HB 1042*#    (SJ p. 603) provide limited immunity to persons that report certain vehicle dealer violations.
              Revise certain provisions regarding abandoned motor vehicles.
         HB 1093*#    (SJ p. 622) allow certain nonpublic school students to participate in interscholastic activities at other nonpublic schools.
         HB 1139*#    (SJ p. 623) revise certain provisions related to energy conservation measures.
         HB 1152*#    (SJ p. 602) establish an internal service fund for municipal equipment purchases.
         HB 1202*#    (SJ p. 622) provide for a salvage title.

         HC 1028    (HJ 36th LD) Commending and honoring Dr. Daniel Heinemann for his dedicated service to the Canton-Inwood Memorial Hospital, the surrounding communities, and the medical profession.
         HC 1029    (HJ 36th LD) Commending and honoring the 2004-2005 O'Gorman Knights gymnastics team for their fourth straight title in the Class AA Gymnastics State Tournament.
         HC 1030    (HJ 36th LD) Honoring the Institute of American Indian Studies at the University of South Dakota and the Center for American Indian Studies at Black Hills State University.
         HC 1031    (HJ 36th LD) Commending and honoring Kelly Fawcett for receiving the Prudential Spirit of Community Award for being one of the top volunteers in South Dakota.
         HC 1032    (HJ 36th LD) Expressing the gratitude of South Dakota to Thomas A. Daschle for his distinguished serve to state and nation.
