         SB 96*    (SJ 35th LD) allow municipalities to offer full food services at certain licensed municipal facilities and to declare an emergency.

         SB 66*    (Concur in House Amendments, HJ 663, 664) provide certain options to school boards in reorganization and to declare an emergency.
         SB 214*    (Concur in House Amendments, HJ 666) provide taxation benefits for certain soybean and biodiesel facilities.
         SB 222*    (HJ 35th LD) provide for the appropriation and distribution of the excise tax on the gross receipts of personal communications system, wireless, and cellular companies, to retroactively apply the appropriations and distribution of the excise tax, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1067*    (Deferred from 35th LD) revise the property tax levies for the general fund and the special education tax levy of a school district.
         HB 1140*    (Deferred from 35th LD) revise the calculation of state aid to education and report.
         HB 1149*    (Deferred from 35th LD) allow for cross-border education contracts.
              Allow the Department of Education to enter into certain enrollment agreements with the State of North Dakota and to compensate certain school districts for lost revenue due to the agreements.
         HB 1170*    (Deferred from 35th LD) require school districts to pay for certain distance learning courses taken by students.
              Provide for the certification of distance learning providers and to provide for the endorsement of distance learning instructors and to authorize the Board of Education to promulgate rules relating to distance learning courses.

         SC 19    (SJ 35th LD) Honoring the Kimball Kiotes High School football teams, coaches, and staff, on an exceptional three state championships in four years and for setting national records.
         SC 20    (SJ 35th LD) Honoring Clark Wold as the 2004 GEORGE Award Recipient for the City of Aberdeen, South Dakota.
         HC 1027    (HJ 672) Commending and honoring Mike Grosek, owner of Mike's Jack and Jill in Webster, for being named South Dakota Retailer of the Year.
