         SB 2*    (Concur in House Amendments, HJ 635) revise the procedure for assessing agricultural property and to repeal certain factors used to determine which sales may be used in assessing property.

         HB 1166*    (Deferred from 33rd LD) establish certain legislative findings pertaining to the health and rights of women, to revise the physician disclosure requirements to be made to a woman contemplating submitting to an abortion, and to provide for certain causes of action for professional negligence if an abortion is performed without informed consent.
         HB 1249*    (Deferred from 33rd LD) prohibit the performance of abortions, except to save the life of the mother, and to provide a penalty therefor and to provide for a delayed effective date.
         HB 1240*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) require that notice of certain tax equalization decisions be published.
         HB 1212*    (Deferred from 34th LD) revise certain provisions relating to professional and occupational licensing boards.
         HB 1215     (Deferred from 34th LD) Make appropriations from the water and environment fund, the environment and natural resources fee fund, the water pollution control revolving fund subfund, and the drinking water revolving fund subfund for various water and environmental purposes, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1025*    authorize the South Dakota Building Authority and the Board of Regents to implement the long-term capital project request of the Board of Regents, providing for the construction, remodeling, or renovation of various structures on the campuses of the state's universities and the School for the Deaf, to make appropriations therefor, and to repeal certain previous capital project authorizations.
         HB 1051*    authorize the South Dakota Building Authority to provide for the construction,
    reconstruction, renovation, and modernization of fish hatchery facilities and infrastructure at Blue Dog State Fish Hatchery at Blue Dog Lake, Cleghorn State Fish Hatchery at Rapid City, and McNenny Fish Hatchery at Spearfish for the Department of Game, Fish and Parks.
         HB 1067*    revise the property tax levies for the general fund and the special education tax levy of a school district.
         HB 1139*    revise certain provisions related to energy conservation measures.
         HB 1140*    revise the calculation of state aid to education and report.
         HB 1149*     allow for cross-border education contracts.
              Allow the Department of Education to enter into certain enrollment agreements with the State of North Dakota and to compensate certain school districts for lost revenue due to the agreements.
         HB 1158*    appropriate funds to provide cochlear implants to certain children.
         HB 1170*     require school districts to pay for certain distance learning courses taken by students.
              Provide for the certification of distance learning providers and to provide for the endorsement of distance learning instructors and to authorize the Board of Education to promulgate rules relating to distance learning courses.
         HB 1180*    revise certain provisions concerning business improvement districts and to exempt general occupational tax receipts from the sales and gross receipts taxes.
         HB 1202*    provide for a salvage title.
         HB 1220*     appropriate money to enhance education in the state.
              Revise the calculation of state aid to general education and appropriate money therefor.
         HB 1245*    revise certain provisions regarding the use of automated external defibrillators.
