         SB 6     revise certain provisions regarding the appropriations process.
             Senators Earley, Adelstein, Apa, Bartling, Greenfield, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Klaudt, Dennert, Glenski, and Putnam at the request of the Special Committee on Appropriations

         SB 172*     limit certain contributions and to provide certain reporting requirements regarding elections.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Apa, Bartling, Bogue, Earley, Hundstad, and Napoli and Representatives Klaudt, Haverly, Peters, and Rausch

         SB 210     revise the conditions under which the state may enter into gaming compacts with Indian tribes.
             Senators Knudson, Apa, Bogue, and Schoenbeck and Representatives Turbiville, Cutler, Deadrick, Dykstra, Hills, Hunt, Kraus, Rave, and Rhoden

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
