         HB 1212*    (Deferred from 31st LD) revise certain provisions relating to professional and occupational licensing boards.
         HB 1203*    (Deferred from 32nd LD) revise certain provisions regarding the distribution of the tax imposed on financial institutions.
         HB 1095*    (Deferred from 33rd LD) require drug and alcohol testing of employees of adjustment training centers.
              Provide for a drug screening program for certain facilities providing patient or resident care or supervision.
         HB 1215     (Deferred from 33rd LD) Make appropriations from the water and environment fund, the environment and natural resources fee fund, the water pollution control revolving fund subfund, and the drinking water revolving fund subfund for various water and environmental purposes, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1042*     provide limited immunity to persons that report certain vehicle dealer violations.
              Revise certain provisions regarding abandoned motor vehicles.
