         SB 96*    (Concur in House Amendments, HJ 595) allow municipalities to offer full food services at certain licensed municipal facilities and to declare an emergency.
         SB 171*    (Concur in House Amendments, HJ 598) prohibit certain officials from voting if a conflict of interest exists.
         SB 179*    (Concur in House Amendments, HJ 558) revise certain provisions relating to the practice of occupational therapy.
         HCR 1013    (HJ 579) Requesting the Congress of the United States to direct the Corps of Engineers to address and rectify the problems caused by the accumulation of sediment in the Missouri River main stem reservoirs.

         HB 1263    revise the definition of domestic abuse.

         HB 1049*    (Removed from Consent Calendar, S6-1) revise certain provisions regarding the permitting and the regulation of shooting preserves and to declare an emergency.




         HB 1194*    (Deferred from 32nd LD) require notification to certain retail licensees of prohibited alcohol sales to persons below the age of twenty-one prior to any subsequent violation.
         HB 1018    make an appropriation from the coordinated soil and water conservation fund to the State Conservation Commission.
         HB 1028    make an appropriation to support students participating in the South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship program during the spring 2005 term and in fiscal year 2006 and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1052    revise the appropriation for the design and construction of certain correctional facilities and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1053    make an appropriation to the Department of Education to reimburse certain school districts for consolidation incentives.
         HB 1056    make an appropriation for costs related to suppression of wildfires in the state and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1095*     require drug and alcohol testing of employees of adjustment training centers.
              Provide for a drug screening program for certain facilities providing patient or resident care or supervision.
         HB 1150    appropriate money for the Northern Crops Institute.
         HB 1154*    limit municipal annexation near regional airport authorities.
         HB 1166*    establish certain legislative findings pertaining to the health and rights of women, to revise the physician disclosure requirements to be made to a woman contemplating submitting to an abortion, and to provide for certain causes of action for professional negligence if an abortion is performed without informed consent.
         HB 1214    make an appropriation to fund sales tax on food refunds.
         HB 1215     Make appropriations from the water and environment fund, the environment and natural resources fee fund, the water pollution control revolving fund subfund, and the drinking water revolving fund subfund for various water and environmental purposes, and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1249*    prohibit the performance of abortions, except to save the life of the mother, and to provide a penalty therefor and to provide for a delayed effective date.

         SC 16    (SJ 32nd LD) Honoring Kyle Frangenberg for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
         SC 17    (SJ 32nd LD) Commending and honoring Kristin Hanson for receiving the Prudential Spirit of Community Award for being one of the top volunteers in South Dakota.
