     The Senate convened at 10:00 a.m., pursuant to adjournment, President Pro tempore Schoenbeck presiding.

     The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Dallas McKinley, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Senate pages Matthew Booth, Jessica Callahan, Lisa Jarovski, Jennifer Jorgensen, Kimberlee Kloucek, Shayna Monnens, Libby Olson, Seth Pearman, Cody Raterman, and Amy Tulson.

     Roll Call: All members present except Sens. McCracken and Olson who were excused.

APPROVAL OF THE JOURNAL


MR. PRESIDENT:

     The Committee on Legislative Procedure respectfully reports that the Secretary of the Senate has had under consideration the Senate Journal of the twenty-ninth day.

     All errors, typographical or otherwise, are duly marked in the temporary journal for correction.

     And we hereby move the adoption of the report.

    The Committee on Legislative Procedure respectfully reports that the Office of Engrossing and Enrolling has carefully compared SB 41 and finds the same correctly enrolled.

     The Committee on Legislative Procedure respectfully reports that SB 70, 77, and 159 were delivered to his Excellency, the Governor, for his approval at 10:00 a.m., February 19, 2005.

     Sen. Abdallah moved that the Senate do not concur in House amendments to SB 12 and that a committee of three on the part of the Senate be appointed to meet with a like committee on the part of the House to adjust the differences between the two houses.

     Which motion prevailed and the President appointed as such committee Sens. Abdallah, Gray, and Moore.

     Sen. Bogue moved that the Senate do concur in House amendments to SB 150.
