         SB 25*     establish a fund for the payment of certain tobacco litigation expenses and to make an appropriation therefor.
              Revise the purposes for which the extraordinary litigation fund may be used.
         SB 26*    provide monetary penalties for failure of tobacco distributors and wholesalers to comply with certain cigarette regulations.
