         SB 70    (SJ 27th LD) enact the South Dakota Business Corporation Act, to repeal certain chapters relating to corporations, and to revise certain related provisions.

         SB 58*    (Deferred from 27th LD) require insurers to cooperate with the Department of Social Services in the coordination of medical benefits.
         SB 157    (Deferred from 27th LD) increase the per student allocation in the state aid to education formula.
         SB 181    (Deferred from 27th LD) establish requirements and policies for the management and conservation of prairie dogs in national grasslands areas.



         SB 67*    revise certain drug and alcohol offenses, driving offenses, and other felonious offenses.
         SB 102*     appropriate money for secondary career and technical education.
              Increase the percentage of contracted transportation costs that a school district may expend from the capital outlay fund.
         SB 158*    provide for the certification of distance learning providers.
         SB 175*    provide for the removal of certain noncommercial motor vehicle license plates from a motor vehicle if the ownership of the vehicle is transferred and to make an appropriation to provide for the administration thereof.
         SB 183*    require the filing of certain notices of intention to preserve possibilities of reverter and rights of entry and to provide for the termination of such rights in the absence of notification.
         SB 190*    prohibit the issuance of certain hunting and fishing licenses using the internet.
         SB 202*    revise the calculation of state aid to general education and make an appropriation.
         SB 204*    revise certain provisions regarding living wills and health care decisions by agents.
         SB 216*     mitigate the impact of prairie dogs.
              Enumerate the circumstances under which prairie dogs are to be considered pests.
         SB 218*    create the South Dakota Energy Infrastructure Authority and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1190*    provide for recognition of certain valid nonresident permits to carry a concealed pistol.
         HB 1205    designate fry bread as the official bread of South Dakota.
         HB 1209*    provide for limited confidentiality of certain firearms information.
         HB 1239*    revise the method for setting the fees that may be received by a county coroner.

         HC 1020    (HJ 497) Honoring the 2004 Arlington High School Football Team and the students and staff involved in the football program as 2004 Class 9AA State High School Football Champions.
