         * Amended

         HB 1094    provide for the division of farm mutual insurance companies.
         HB 1115    require that supplemental coverages be made available with automobile liability policies.
         HB 1169    clarify certain procedures for terminating or nonrenewing a teacher's contract.
         HB 1201*    revise the labeling requirements for certain types of motor fuel.

         SB 35*    authorize the Board of Regents to construct a replacement manager's dwelling at the Cottonwood Research Station, to dispose of the existing dwelling on this site, and to make an appropriation therefor.



SB 58*    require insurers to cooperate with the Department of Social Services in the coordination of medical benefits.
         SB 157    increase the per student allocation in the state aid to education formula.
         SB 181    establish requirements and policies for the management and conservation of prairie dogs in national grasslands areas.
         SB 193*    revise certain provisions regarding the performance of abortions on unemancipated minors and those found to be incompetent.
         SB 197*    clarify how certain registered livestock brands held in joint tenancy may be transferred.

         HB 1090*    allow debt cancellation contract and debt suspension contract fees to be included in consumer installment sales contracts.
         HB 1242    prohibit the manufacture and distribution of counterfeit driver licenses and nondriver identification cards.
         HB 1243*    provide for the copying and retention of foreign documentation used to apply for certain state licenses, permits, and identification cards.
