for political subdivision employees.
HB 1222* establish child neglect and endangerment as criminal offenses and to provide
penalties therefor.
HB 1249* prohibit the performance of abortions, except to save the life of the mother, and to
provide a penalty therefor and to provide for a delayed effective date.
