MOTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS

         HB 1230    (Amended HJ p. 292; Intent to Reconsider Vote by which Lost) require certain children to be in a booster seat when in a motor vehicle and to provide that certain penalties be waived if a child passenger restraint system or booster seat is acquired.
         HCR 1010    (HJ p. 426) Encouraging citizen awareness of umbilical cord blood donation and its opportunities and benefits available to the public.

         HB 1233#    establish a task force to study abortion and to provide for its composition, scope, and administration.
         HB 1257*    revise the composition of the Board of Pardons and Paroles.
         HB 1166*    establish certain legislative findings pertaining to the health and rights of women, to revise the physician disclosure requirements to be made to a woman contemplating submitting to an abortion, and to provide for certain causes of action for professional negligence if an abortion is performed without informed consent.
         HB 1261*    provide for the refund of the sales and contractor's excise tax for significant capital investment and large job-creation projects.
