         SB 122    (Intent to Reconsider Vote by which Lost) restrict the entry of conservation officers onto certain private land without permission.
         HCR 1009    (HJ p. 403) Requesting the Corps of Engineers to accept Governor Rounds' Missouri River conservation proposals.

         HB 1193    adopt the Uniform Child-Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act and to repeal the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act.

         SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

         HB 1230    (Amended HJ p. 292; JR 5-17 with pending amendment HJ p. 393) require certain children to be in a booster seat when in a motor vehicle and to provide that certain penalties be waived if a child passenger restraint system or booster seat is acquired.
         HB 1122*    clarify that agents for property owners may make certain deductions from gross receipts.
         HB 1142*    provide sales and use tax refunds to certain fabricators.
         HB 1160*    revise certain provisions relating to franchises and cable services.
         HB 1154*    limit municipal annexation near regional airport authorities.


         HB 1239*    revise the method for setting the fees that may be received by a county coroner.
        
         HB 1253*    allow for the establishment of a group health insurance plan for political subdivision employees.
         HB 1192    adopt the Uniform Athletes Agents Act.
         HB 1258    revise the definition of an abused or neglected child.
         HB 1233    establish a task force to study abortion and to provide for its composition, scope, and administration.
         HB 1262    provide a partial exemption to the assessment of certain power generation facilities for property tax purposes.

         SB 41*    (Deferred from 22nd LD) revise certain provisions regarding access to vital records.
         SB 86*    (Deferred from 22nd LD) revise the compensation for deputy coroners.
         SB 103*    authorize the funding of public transportation from the state highway fund and to repeal certain obsolete provisions regarding the state highway fund.
         SB 129    prohibit the display of social security numbers on driver licenses or nondriver identification cards.
         SB 208    authorize the Transportation Commission to establish higher maximum speed limits on divided four-lane highways in rural areas.
         SB 12*    authorize a parent to appear telephonically for a hearing to voluntarily terminate parental rights.
