         HB 1225     revise the provisions concerning the types of taxes that the state may enter into compacts with Indian tribes.

         HB 1246     revise the membership of the Commission on Judicial Qualifications.
             Representative Hanks and Senator Koskan

         HB 1249     prohibit the performance of abortions, except to save the life of the mother, and to provide a penalty therefor and to provide for a delayed effective date.

         HB 1254     create the investment in South Dakota's future program and to make an appropriation therefor.
