         HB 1166     establish certain legislative findings pertaining to the health and rights of women, to revise the physician disclosure requirements to be made to a woman contemplating submitting to an abortion, and to provide for certain causes of action for professional negligence if an abortion is performed without informed consent.

         HB 1233     establish a task force to study abortion and to provide for its composition, scope, and administration.

         HB 1262     provide a partial exemption to the assessment of certain power generation facilities for property tax purposes.

         HB 1261     provide for the refund of the sales and contractor's excise tax for certain power generation facilities.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Governor

         HB 1260     create the South Dakota Electric Transmission Assistance Authority.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Governor

         HB 1259     reestablish eligibility for certain veterans to qualify for the veterans' bonus program and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Governor

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
