         HB 1176: revise the index factor and the procedure for determining the per student allocation.

         HB 1235: revise the index factor for determining the per student allocation.

Representative Buckingham reported on the subcommittee, which will meet again next Thursday, February 10th, following session, to hear from distance learning providers.

         HB 1137: revise the index factor in the state aid to education formula.
