         SB 93*    authorize qualified dispositions in trust.
         SB 94*    revise certain provisions regarding trusts.
         HB 1081    allow a school district to maintain permanent school records electronically rather than on microfilm.



         SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

         SB 103    (Deferred from 17th LD) authorize the funding of public transportation from the state highway fund.
         SB 100    (Removed from Consent Calendar) clarify the rule-making authority for the sales tax on food refund program.
         SB 25*     establish a fund for the payment of certain tobacco litigation expenses and to make an appropriation therefor.
              Revise the purposes for which the extraordinary litigation fund may be used.
         SB 123*    provide for an order of joint physical care over certain children whose parents exercise joint legal custody.
         SB 208    authorize the Transportation Commission to establish higher maximum speed limits on divided four-lane highways in rural areas.

         HC 1014    (HJ 305) Honoring Gretchen Ludeman for her outstanding commitment and dedication to the field of teaching and to the youth of our state.
         HC 1015    (HJ 306) Commending and honoring Marcella Strand of the Modern Woodmen of America on her selection to receive the 2004 Fraternalist of the Year Award from the National Fraternal Congress of America.
