         HB 1234     revise the conditions where the state may enter into compacts with Indian tribes.

         HB 1246     revise the membership of the Commission on Judicial Qualifications.
             Representative Hanks and Senator Koskan

         HB 1247     provide for the establishment of infrastructure enhancement districts, to provide certain taxing authority, and to establish certain penalties.
             Representatives Hanks, Hennies, and McLaughlin and Senator Adelstein

         HB 1238     revise certain provisions relating to the aggravating circumstances in death penalty cases.
             Representatives Haley, Gassman, Schafer, Sebert, and Wick and Senators Schoenbeck, Bartling, Broderick, Gant, Kelly, Moore, and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1224     revise the types of taxes that the state may enter into compacts with tribes.
             Representatives Van Norman, Bradford, and Valandra and Senators Bartling, Adelstein, and Kloucek

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
