         SB 92*    define a recreation vehicle, to exempt certain recreation vehicles from the maximum width restrictions for a vehicle, and to provide a length limitation for motor vehicles.
         SB 99*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) permit financial institutions to prepay future tax liabilities.
         SB 103    (Deferred from 16th LD) authorize the funding of public transportation from the state highway fund.
         SB 104*    require evidence of financial responsibility at the time of vehicle registration, to provide for a motor vehicle insurance data base, and to provide for the administration thereof.

         HB 1033*    (Deferred from 16th LD) establish certain provisions with regard to the past tax liability of sellers who agree to collect sales and use tax under the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement.
         HB 1040    (Deferred from 16th LD) repeal certain sales and use tax exemptions that conflict with certain statutory exemptions.



         HB 1066    (Placed by motion) increase the amount of money authorized to contract for the construction of a law enforcement training academy, a criminal forensic laboratory, and a criminal justice and emergency operations center building, to remove the effective date for bonding, to increase the bonding authority, and to declare an emergency.

HC 1009    (HJ 272) Honoring the 2004 Yankton Gazelles High School cross country team and the students and staff involved in the girls cross country program.
         HC 1010    (HJ 273) Honoring Nick Smith, a 2004 graduate of Yankton High School, who has received recognition for exemplary athleticism by being named the 2004 South Dakota Sports Writers High School Male Athlete of the Year.
         HC 1011    (HJ 273) Honoring Ramsey Kavan, a senior at Yankton High School, for her outstanding performance at the Foot Locker Finals in San Diego, California, and the Nike Team Nationals in Portland, Oregon.
         HC 1012    (HJ 274) Honoring Jessica Wheeler of Philip for earning National Board Certification in 2004.
         HC 1013    (HJ 274) Honoring Marie Slovek of Philip for earning National Board Certification in 2004.
