         HB 1194     require notification to certain retail licensees of prohibited alcohol sales to persons below the age of twenty-one prior to any subsequent violation.

         HB 1221     revise certain provisions relating to offers of judgment.
             Representatives O'Brien, Cutler, Faehn, Gillespie, and Hunt and Senators Bogue, Adelstein, and Olson (Ed)

         SB 70     enact the South Dakota Business Corporation Act, to repeal certain chapters relating to corporations, and to revise certain related provisions.
