         SB 2*    (Deferred from 15th LD) revise the procedure for assessing agricultural property and to repeal certain factors used to determine which sales may be used in assessing property.
              Revise the procedure for assessing certain agricultural property.
         SB 3*    (Deferred from 15th LD) permit written statements to be filed concerning the leasing of agricultural land and to provide for the confidentiality and usage of such information.
         SB 34*    (Deferred from 15th LD) make an additional appropriation to construct a thermophilic anaerobic manure digestion system for the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station and to declare an emergency.
         SB 41*    revise certain provisions regarding access to vital records.
         SB 73*    revise the power of rural fire protection districts to contract with certain entities.
         SB 95*    authorize account wagering and multi-jurisdictional simulcasting and interactive wagering totalizator hubs and to revise certain provisions regarding pari-mutuel racing.
         SB 103    authorize the funding of public transportation from the state highway fund.
         SB 111*    provide for the effective date of municipal and county administrative decisions.
         SB 116    revise certain provisions relating to the Richard Hagen-Minerva Harvey Scholarship Program.
         SB 122    restrict the entry of conservation officers onto certain private land without permission.
         SB 126    (Removed from Consent Calendar) designate the Tyrannosaurus Rex as the official state dinosaur.
         SB 129    prohibit the display of social security numbers on driver licenses or nondriver identification cards.
         SB 131    provide certain insurance and medicaid coverage for hyperbaric oxygen therapy and related services.
         SB 136*    provide a procedure for awarding construction project contracts if no bids are received during a competitive bid process and to declare an emergency.
         SB 172*    limit the contributions of any person to a political action committee.

         HB 1033*    (Deferred from 15th LD) establish certain provisions with regard to the past tax liability of sellers who agree to collect sales and use tax under the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement.
         HB 1040    (Deferred from 15th LD, removed from Consent Calendar) repeal certain sales and use tax exemptions that conflict with certain statutory exemptions.
