         HB 1013    provide for the recodification of certain sections of South Dakota Retirement System law.
         HB 1014    revise certain provisions regarding the South Dakota Retirement System special pay plan.
         HB 1016    revise certain provisions regarding the benefits available to certain South Dakota Retirement System members who retired and later reentered active status.
         HB 1017    revise certain provisions regarding the types of service necessary for certain South Dakota Retirement System benefits.
         HB 1094    provide for the division of farm mutual insurance companies.
         HB 1115    require that supplemental coverages be made available with automobile liability policies.
         HB 1152    establish an internal service fund for municipal equipment purchases.
         SB 50*    remove certain references regarding conversion from the requirements for continuation of group health coverage.
         SB 52    revise certain provisions regarding the payment of burial expenses by life insurers and fraternal benefit societies.

         HB 1162    (Deferred from 15th LD) revise certain provisions relating to cardiopulmonary resuscitation directives.
         HB 1196    (Deferred from 15th LD) establish a vaccination program for first responders.
         HB 1011*    (Fiscal Note) establish a program of recoveries and fraud investigations in the Department of Social Services.
         HB 1012*    establish certain penalties for the unauthorized acquisition or transfer of food stamp benefits.
         HB 1119*    revise certain provisions related to the sale of out-of-state motor vehicles.
         HB 1015    extend the period of time that members of the South Dakota Retirement System who were mobilized into certain federal military service may acquire credited service at a prior cost.

         HB 1163    allow Vietnam veterans to receive honorary high school diplomas.

         SB 29    provide the South Dakota risk pool with the ability to enter into certain provider contracts and to declare an emergency.

         LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS

         HC 1009    (HJ 15th LD) Honoring the 2004 Yankton Gazelles High School cross country team and the students and staff involved in the girls cross country program.
         HC 1010    (HJ 15th LD) Honoring Nick Smith, a 2004 graduate of Yankton High School, who has received recognition for exemplary athleticism by being named the 2004 South Dakota Sports Writers High School Male Athlete of the Year.
         HC 1011    (HJ 15th LD) Honoring Ramsey Kavan, a senior at Yankton High School, for her outstanding performance at the Foot Locker Finals in San Diego, California, and the Nike Team Nationals in Portland, Oregon.
         HC 1012    (HJ 15th LD) Honoring Jessica Wheeler of Philip for earning National Board Certification in 2004.
         HC 1013    (HJ 15th LD) Honoring Marie Slovek of Philip for earning National Board Certification in 2004.
