HB 1115 require that supplemental coverages be made available with automobile liability
policies.
HB 1152 establish an internal service fund for municipal equipment purchases.

HC 1009 (HJ 15th LD) Honoring the 2004 Yankton Gazelles High School cross country team
and the students and staff involved in the girls cross country program.
HC 1010 (HJ 15th LD) Honoring Nick Smith, a 2004 graduate of Yankton High School, who
has received recognition for exemplary athleticism by being named the 2004 South
Dakota Sports Writers High School Male Athlete of the Year.
HC 1011 (HJ 15th LD) Honoring Ramsey Kavan, a senior at Yankton High School, for her
outstanding performance at the Foot Locker Finals in San Diego, California, and the
Nike Team Nationals in Portland, Oregon.

Certification in 2004.
