         HB 1201     revise the labeling requirements for certain types of motor fuel.
             Representatives Putnam, Cutler, Deadrick, Dennert, Gassman, Glover, Halverson, Hargens, Hunhoff, Jerke, Klaudt, Kroger, Olson (Ryan), Peters, Sigdestad, Street, and Tidemann and Senators Schoenbeck, Bartling, Gray, Hanson (Gary), Hundstad, and Olson (Ed)

         HB 1230     require certain children to be in a booster seat when in a motor vehicle and to provide that certain penalties be waived if a child passenger restraint system or booster seat is acquired.
             Representatives Glenski, Bradford, Dennert, Frost, Howie, McCoy, Miles, Roberts, Schafer, Sigdestad, Street, Tidemann, Weems, and Willadsen and Senators Kooistra, Abdallah, Broderick, Dempster, Gray, Hanson (Gary), Koetzle, Olson (Ed), Peterson (Jim), and Sutton (Duane)

         HB 1242     prohibit the manufacture and distribution of counterfeit driver licenses and nondriver identification cards.
             Representatives Olson (Ryan), Cutler, Hennies, Nelson, Rounds, and Tornow and Senators Gray, Adelstein, Koskan, and Peterson (Jim)

         HB 1243     provide for the copying and retention of foreign documentation used to apply for certain state licenses, permits, and identification cards.

         NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
