         SB 121     revise the authority of the Public Utilities Commission to approve the sale or transfer of telecommunications exchanges and to revise the provisions concerning the obligation of telecommunications companies to report consolidations and mergers.

         SB 141     authorize consumer power districts to supply or transport natural or artificial gas.

         SB 154     exempt certain entities from the requirement to obtain lending licenses.

         SB 162     revise the requirements for physician licensure under certain circumstances.

         SB 163     exempt certain multiple employer welfare arrangements from unauthorized insurers process provisions.

         SB 167     provide health insurance coverage for contraceptive drugs and devices.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
