         HB 1126     remove certain restrictions that apply to the unexpended balances of the unemployment insurance compensation fund established by political subdivisions.
             Representatives Michels, Dykstra, Gillespie, and Hunhoff and Senators Moore and Broderick

         HB 1198     include records of the county weed and pest board with certain records maintained by the register of deeds related to real property.
             Representatives Fryslie, Koistinen, and Nelson and Senator Greenfield

         HB 1199     require county weed and pest boards to terminate certain orders that have been implemented.
             Representatives Fryslie, Koistinen, and Nelson and Senator Greenfield

         HB 1200     repeal certain provisions permitting certain decisions of a planning commission to be overruled by other public bodies.
             Representatives McCoy, Hanks, Kroger, and McLaughlin and Senators Gray and Dempster

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
