         HB 1172     revise certain provisions regarding the regulation of athletic trainers.
             Representatives Weems, Boomgarden, Buckingham, Elliott, Garnos, Haley, McCoy, O'Brien, Rave, Rounds, and Thompson and Senators Gant, Abdallah, Bartling, Knudson, McCracken, Olson (Ed), Smidt, and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1173     revise the grounds for revocation, suspension, or cancellation of an athletic trainer's license.
             Representatives Weems, Buckingham, Elliott, Garnos, McCoy, O'Brien, Rave, and Rounds and Senators Smidt, Abdallah, Bartling, Knudson, McCracken, Olson (Ed), and Sutton (Dan)

         SB 39     repeal the requirement for tuberculosis screening for school students and employees.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
