AN ACT TO MAKE AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND SALES TAX ON FOOD REFUNDS.

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE EXPENDITURES OUT OF THE WATER AND ENVIRONMENT FUND, THE ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES FUND, THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL REVOLVING FUND SUBFUND, THE DRINKING WATER REVOLVING FUND SUBFUND, AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.
