         HB 1169     clarify certain procedures for terminating or nonrenewing a teacher's contract.

         HB 1163     allow Vietnam veterans to receive honorary high school diplomas.
             Representatives Sigdestad, Dennert, Elliott, Frost, Fryslie, Gassman, Haley, Halverson, Hargens, Hennies, Kroger, Lange, Michels, Miles, Novstrup, Pederson (Gordon), Roberts, and Street and Senators Hanson (Gary), Abdallah, Bartling, Hundstad, Koetzle, Kooistra, McCracken, Moore, Nesselhuf, and Smidt

         HB 1149     allow for cross-border education contracts.

         HB 1127     authorize the provision of special education and related services to certain alternative instruction students.
