         HB 1164     revise certain provisions regarding the allowance for support when a divorce is granted.
             Representatives Elliott, Dennert, Frost, Garnos, and Novstrup and Senators Kooistra, Hundstad, Napoli, Nesselhuf, and Sutton (Duane)

         HB 1174     prohibit the endangerment of any child by means of reckless driving or driving under the influence and to provide penalties therefor.
             Representatives Olson (Ryan), Buckingham, Haverly, and McCoy and Senators Duenwald, Abdallah, Broderick, Duniphan, and McCracken

         HB 1178     provide a means to correct errors or omissions made to recorded plats.
             Representatives Rounds, Halverson, Hanks, Hennies, Kroger, Olson (Ryan), Sebert, and Turbiville and Senators Koskan and Gray

         HB 1194     require notification to certain retail licensees of prohibited alcohol sales to persons below the age of twenty-one prior to any subsequent violation.

         HB 1138     provide for the establishment of certain honorary trusts and trusts for domestic animals.
             Representatives Elliott, Frost, Garnos, McLaughlin, and Novstrup and Senators Koetzle, Hundstad, and Napoli

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
