         SB 104     require evidence of financial responsibility at the time of vehicle registration, to provide for a motor vehicle insurance data base, and to provide for the administration thereof.

         SB 121     revise the authority of the Public Utilities Commission to approve the sale or transfer of telecommunications exchanges and to revise the provisions concerning the obligation of telecommunications companies to report consolidations and mergers.

         SB 124     clarify certain provisions relating to bank investments in certain annuities.

         SB 131     provide certain insurance and medicaid coverage for hyperbaric oxygen therapy and related services.
             Senator Kooistra and Representatives Lange and Kroger

         SB 138     affect the premiums for persons with guarantee issue health plans.

         SB 139     establish certain requirements for long-term care insurance policies.
